The Punjabis suit or Salwar Kamiz is a traditional clothing of many people in sothasia (afghanistan, india, pakistan, bangladesh etc.) A Salwar Kamiz or Punjabi suit contains thee pieces: Salwar, Kamiz and Dupatta
A Kamiz is a longer shirt, that is worn loosely over a pair of trousers (Salwar) and is usually slit from the hips downwards for more latitude. Woman also wear the Dupatta, which is a longer scarf, that is worn over the shoulder, around the neck or is laid over the head.
